2.1 Pet Transportation:
SafePetLogistics offers pet transportation services via land, air, and sea. We provide customized transport solutions designed to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet.

2.2 Scope of Services:
Our services are offered for domestic and international pet transportation, subject to availability, applicable regulations, and operational limitations.

2.3 Booking:
All bookings for transportation services must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service. Payment is required upon booking to confirm your reservation.


3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information:
You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your pet, including size, breed, health conditions, and any special care requirements. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3.2 Health Requirements:
You are responsible for ensuring that your pet meets all health and vaccination requirements, including any necessary certifications for domestic or international travel. SafePetLogistics is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate health documentation.

3.3 Pet Preparations:
It is the customer’s responsibility to prepare the pet for travel, including ensuring that they are safely crated and provided with adequate food, water, and any medications. Specific instructions will be provided for different types of transport (land, air, or sea).


4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment Terms:
All service payments are required upfront at the time of booking. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, and CashApp. Incomplete or inaccurate payment information may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4.2 Additional Charges:
You agree to pay any additional fees or surcharges that may arise during the transportation process, including but not limited to changes in delivery times, extended waiting periods, or unexpected logistical challenges.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transportation time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

5.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. Any transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Transportation Risks:
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your pet, transportation (especially air or sea freight) involves inherent risks. SafePetLogistics is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during transit unless due to gross negligence on our part.

6.2 Force Majeure:
SafePetLogistics shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, airline strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

6.3 Lost or Delayed Pets:
In the unlikely event that your pet is lost or delayed during transit, SafePetLogistics will work diligently to resolve the issue. We are not liable for any emotional or financial distress arising from such incidents, but we will offer assistance in locating or rescheduling the delivery.


7. Customer Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Actions:
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to providing false information, using abusive language, or attempting to bypass payment.

7.2 Compliance with Laws:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to pet transportation.

8.1 Data Collection:
We collect personal information for the purposes of processing orders and delivering services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
